In asking that you support us, we are not asking that you completely agree (100%) with our cause. What we are asking though, is that you please take the time to understand the good that we are trying to do for society as a whole, by trying to make it a better and safer place by ensuring that individuals working within the system are not permitted to act in any manner rowards prisoners (which more often than not could brings drastic results to any innocent victims of any future crimes, whether intentional or not) inconsistent with the Corrections and Conditional Release Act (C.C.R.A.) and the Corrections and Conditional Release Act Regulations (C.C.R.A.R). They cannot be permitted to Disregard Canadian Federal Law and Do As They Please ! This has a direct negative effect on society as a whole ! In fact, we are a completely non govermentally funded group who, morally, could not accept funds from an entity which we felt acted in a manner other than that being consistent with our belief of assisting all Canadian Inmates' to end their past criminal acting out, and to move foward accepting their responsibility in said crimes and to go on with their lives applying themselves to their own personal plan of rehabilitation (living there-on as law abiding citizens) ! For this reason we will not accept funds which could appear to provide us with a stable income while on the other hand forces us to remain silent (bribed) within the limit of exposure set by the provider of funds! We cannot be paid off (bribed). We are acting from the goodness of our heart and doing what's right ! There is no doubt that the latter mentioned principles will indeed cause us hardships in the long run and in fact make our goals alot harder to achieve. One thing is for sure however we will be able to look ourselves in the mirror in the morning and we will know that what we are doing on this web site is straight from the heart and without any kind of personal interest such as accepting financial gain from a source who we perceive as contrary to our beliefs. (unlike many presently existing org's / assoc's) If after reading this you still are not convinced to ASSIST, read it again until you CHANGE YOUR MIND (joking......) ! Unfortunately it is not us little guys who can reward you for any donation you can make, but I can assure you that one day WE will all be judged (one way or another) for all the things that WE do . |
In fact, we would have liked to have had much more information on this site, particularly the INMATE RIGHTS section. Unfortunately, this takes time and money! (money that we do not have !) . . . . . . Due to the financial limitations that we have, it will be impossible for us (at this time) to expand this Site to what we had originally intended to do. Regardless, we are still continuing on towards our goal of becoming the most informative Canadian content Web Site dedicated to inform and assist Canadian Federal Prisoners, their Families' as well as the general public, this so that they can be tretaed with dignity and respect by officials empowered with caring for human life; whatsmore, our work must aim at ensuring that canadian prisoners are permitted to take full advantage of and benefit from rehabilitational programs within the system. ALL INMATES / PRISONERS RESERVE THIS STATUTORY AND HUMAN RIGHT ! TO DO OTHERWISE WOULD BE TO GO AGAIST THE CORRECTIONS AND D CONDITIONAL RELEASE ACT (DISOBEY SAID STATUTE) AND ENDANGER THE PUBLIC AS WELL AS DESTROY FAMILIES. SUCH AN ACTION CANNOT POSSIBLY BE JUSTIFIED FOR THE PURPOSE OF JOB SECURITY ALONE ! This site is completely voluntary and to date we have not received any assistance of any kind !
